Low carb pancakes

A ver que tal!


LOW CARB Protein Pancakes (non-dairy): 1/2cup Quaker Oats, 

1/2cup hot water (to cook oats),

 1 scoop low carb protein powder,( I like LEAN brand or Myofusion by gaspari)

 1/4cup egg whites

1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon (to taste) ....

 can also add almond extract with almond butter or blueberries as toppings
